Well-balanced Diet --- Draft 1

Well-balanced diet is important to me. Being a three-grade high school student, I must have lots of strength to cope with many coming exams. By eating balanced diet, I can gain many kinds of nutritions from what I eat everyday. With them, I must be able to be energetic enough to focus on my studies. After that, when I consume these nutrious food into my stomach, the immunity in my body are developed. So that, I will have less chance to come down with sickness. At last, I want to make the habit of not being picky and learn to eat every kinds of vegetables and fruits. Nevertheless, it is hard to assimilate sufficient nutritions everyday. In order to keep my health healthy, I'll try my best to carry out well-balanced diet.

An Unforgettable Experience --- Draft 2

It was the first time that I went to a haunted house which frightened me so much. A few years ago, my aunt, cousin and I went to a haunted house. It is different from other haunted house I had visited before. This time, I had to walk into it by myself instead of sitting in a car. After we lined up for five minutes, it was our turn. We walked into a dark access with fearfulness. All of a sudden, a bloody face appeared in front of us, we were scared greatly and screamed out loudly. After that, we were feared by the terrible ghost again and again in the long journey of the haunted house. While we were exhausted , we saw a door which seemed like the exit. However, when we opened the door, we saw a person who pretended like a bride ghost. We knew that she must scare us. So, we took a deep breath and walked in front of her quickly. Just as expected, as soon as she stood up, we were startled by her. Then, we started to run to the exit, but she followed behind us and there was a chopper in her hand. Finally, we ran out the haunted house by the with all our strength. We were safe!!

On our way home, my aunt wondered why we spent money frightening ourselves, and we also found my cousin's arms had some scratches. Even though this experience of haunted house is not very enjoy, I still want to go to the haunted house next time.

A Emergency Situation --- Draft 2

I live in Taipei and work as a volunteer in a hospital. It really feels good to get the opportunity to help people. Yesterday morning, an old woman whose clothes was stained with a lot of blood rushed into the hospital. She carried a little boy who seemed to be injured seriously. I put aside the work I was doing and went to her aid immediately. After the nurses and doctors sent the boy to the emergency room, I tried to calm the old woman down and asked her what is going on.

A few second later, she told me that the boy was her grandson. She said that a car with high speed bumped into the boy while they were walking across the street. However, the driver drove away quickly instead of pulling over and getting out of the car. So, she held her grandson who hurt badly to the hospital without any help. As soon as she finished talking, she burst out crying. I consoled her and told her that the boy would be fine. Then, I accompanied her going to the police station. She told the police about the process of the car crash, hoping they could find out this careless driver. Fortunately, after a three-hour surgery, her grandson had passed the critical phase. The trablemaker had been arrested as well.

Making Decisions --- Draft 2

Growing up means making decisions independently by yourself. I think it is a process that everyone must experience. When your mind became adult gradually, you can think carefully and decide to do anything without parents' opinion. Even though you make a wrong choice, you can be responsible to accept the consequences. As a saying goes, "To look before you leap." Making a right choice is very important in your life.

The hardest decision that I ever made was whether I should go to cram school or not. About two months ago, because my bad grade in the midterm exam, my mom asked me to go to cram school. Just in the time, the cram schools' teachers called me very often, and my mon was convinced by them. However, she still let me to make the final decition. At first, I have will to go to cram school and I inquired my classmates who had gone to cram school already some information of cram school. In this period of time, I thought this big question again and again. But as a result of many aspects of cram school, such as expensive tuition, having less time for myself to study, I decided not to go to cram school finally. I thought I can study by my own efforts, and I hoped it will be a correct option.
